Project - What is Project?

A Project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service or result.

A project is effort or work put to create a product(Building, Car, Software etc.) or a Service(Flight Reservation System, etc.) or a result(A document or report as a outcome, etc.)

A project is thus:

• Have a well defined Objective to create a product, service or result.
• Have a well defined Time Frame (that is a start and end date) to achieve the Objective.
